I knew this milestone was approaching and wanted to celebrate how far I’d come. Today was my long run day, and I decided to push myself to reach ten miles—not knowing if I could make it. But I did it! Here’s the video capturing the exact moment I crossed that threshold.

If you had asked me two years ago if this was possible, I probably would have laughed and hobbled away. Yet here I am, thriving—thanks to grit, determination, my faith in God, my incredible spinal surgeon, Dr. Ploska, and my amazing rheumatologists.

I’m sharing this mostly so my spinal surgeon can witness this moment with me. Honestly, I don’t have anything profound to say because I’m still in shock. And yes, I sound like a hyena in the video—I couldn’t seem to choose between breathing and crying!
